Ecological

Through this certification, we aim to find a balance between production, the environment, and the economic development of the coffee producer.
We promote the reduction in the use of agrochemicals, adequate shade management, conservation of water supply and other natural resources.

Organic

Our organic coffee, is produced in an integral manner through adequate the use of our natural resouces as water, soil, biodiversification and energy. Within the system of organic production, the recycling of nutrients is optimized, the biotic cycles are encouraged, the environment is conserved, adequate use of agroecological management is applied and agrochemichal products are not utilized.

Fair Trade

With this certification, we express that behind coffee production we comply with a set of norms focused to the development of small producers, cooperatives and enterprises. Using the norms of Fair Trade, we look to improve the quality of life, no only of those dedicated to coffee production, but also of those inhabitants of the coffee producing areas. These norms are related with human development, social and environmental improvement.
